Working Process
1.Preparation:
Put a clean and compliant aerosol can at the designated spot. Examine the equipment status of the sealing inflator, like checking if the gas source pressure is stable, if the sealing mold is in good condition, and if the connections of all components are normal. Meanwhile, make sure that the compressed air or nitrogen is prepared and meets the quality standards.
2.Can filling operation:
The aerosol can is precisely conveyed to the sealing and inflation station either by an automatic can - filling device or manually. During this process, it's essential to ensure that the aerosol can is placed stably and accurately in position to enable the subsequent sealing and inflation operations to be carried out smoothly.
3.Sealing treatment:
The sealing mold moves down and closely adheres to the mouth of the aerosol can. Start the sealing mechanism to make the material at the can mouth deform through heating, pressure and other means, thus sealing the can mouth. Since the quality of sealing directly impacts the sealing and safety of aerosol cans, it's necessary to tightly control parameters such as the temperature, pressure and time of sealing.
4.Inflation operation:
After sealing, open the inflation valve and fill the aerosol can with gas (such as compressed air or nitrogen) at a specific pressure. The inflation volume and pressure must be accurately controlled according to product requirements. This can be monitored and adjusted by devices like pressure sensors and flow meters to ensure that the gas volume and pressure inside each aerosol can are up to the standards.
5. Transfer of cans:
Once the inflation is completed, the sealing mold goes up and the sealed and inflated aerosol cans are transported out of the sealing and inflation station for the next liquid - filling operation.
