Mastering the Adjustment of Automatic Aerosol Filling Machines
2024-12-25
I. Calibration of the Host Air Source Pressure
Begin by opening the front hand slide valve of the air source. Then, lift the pressure adjustment knob on the air source. Rotating it clockwise will increase the pressure, while counterclockwise rotation will decrease it. Set the pressure to the required level (typically within the range of 0.6 - 0.7MPa). Once adjusted, press the knob down to lock it in place.
II. Optimization of the Sealing Diameter and Depth
III. Precise Adjustment of the Host Board Height
IV. Accurate Positioning of the Liquid Filling Head and Inflating Head
V. Fine-Tuning of the Filling and Inflating Measurements
VI. Commissioning of the Booster Pump
Open the air before hand slide valve of the booster pump. When the booster pump is idling, the piston will move, and you will hear a "poof" sound during the exhaust process. Adjust the pressure of the projectile by turning the adjustment knob on the pressure reducing valve of the booster pump air source triplet. The general projectile pressure is adjusted to 1.0MPa.
