Once adjusted, press the knob down to lock it in place.

II. Optimization of the Sealing Diameter and Depth

  1. Open the host air supply front hand slide valve and the seal knob switch on the panel. Take a valve and press it into the seal head with your finger. Step on the foot valve, then remove the valve and measure the outside diameter and height of the seal. For iron cans with iron valves, the outer diameter of the seal is usually controlled between 27.9mm and 28.0mm, and the sealing height is controlled within 5.1mm - 5.2mm.
  2. To adjust the sealing diameter, first loosen the lock nut on the sealing diameter adjusting block. Turning the adjusting block counterclockwise will increase the diameter, while turning it clockwise will reduce it. If the sealing height needs adjustment, first loosen the three fastening screws under the sealing mouth with a hex wrench. Rotating the block to the right will increase the height, and rotating it to the left will decrease it. After achieving the desired outer diameter and height, tighten the nut securely. Note that the sealing diameter has a limit, and when sealing, the claw rod should not extend beyond the sealing claw to prevent valve damage.

III. Precise Adjustment of the Host Board Height

  1. Press the top of the sealer to lower the sealing cylinder to the bottom. This will cause the bottom of the sealing cylinder to press the copper top pin on the sealing signal valve. Place an aerosol tank to be filled in the guide rail directly below the sealing mouth. (Note: The aerosol tank should be pre-sealed for easy positioning.)
  2. Loosen the positioning screws of the front guide column and the four fastening screws at the back of the column. Rotate the lifting crank to adjust the height of the platform. The sealing mouth should press down on the valve of the aerosol tank with just the right amount of force, ensuring that the tank does not move up or down. Then, tighten the table guide post positioning screws and table post fastening screws.

IV. Accurate Positioning of the Liquid Filling Head and Inflating Head

  1. Close the front hand slide valve of the main engine air source. Place an aerosol tank under the sealing machine and press the top of the sealing machine with your hand so that the sealing mouth presses the aerosol tank. Keep the aerosol tank in this position and then place another aerosol tank in the guide rail, close to the one under the sealing mouth.
  2. Loosen the four nuts fixed on the table plate of the filling head. Adjust the position of the filling head so that the filling nozzle is directly facing the aerosol tank, and then tighten the nuts. Adjust the position of the inflation head in the same manner, ensuring that the inflation nozzle is directly opposite the spool position of the valve, and then tighten the nut. Place an aerosol tank next to the one under the inflator head, adjust the positioning handle at the end of the guide rail to fit snugly against the aerosol tank, and tighten the nut.

V. Fine-Tuning of the Filling and Inflating Measurements

  1. The height of the metering cylinder positioning piston can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting handle on top of the metering cylinder. This changes the stroke of the metering cylinder piston, thereby adjusting the filling measurement. (Note: Before adjustment, close the front hand slide valve of the air source on the main engine and wait for the compressed air in the equipment to be emptied; otherwise, the handle cannot be turned. Adjust the measurement from small to large. Clockwise rotation increases the measurement.) During the adjustment process, it may happen that the handle cannot continue to rotate after a certain distance. If adjusting the gas metering cylinder, it is necessary to push the inflation nozzle of the inflation head upward and discharge a small amount of liquefied gas before continuing the adjustment. If adjusting the liquid metering cylinder, use a small rod to push up the white tetrafluoroethylene plug in the liquid filling head, being careful not to use excessive force to avoid damaging the plug. Use a container to catch the liquid flowing out when adjusting the measurement under the liquid filling head.
  2. First, adjust the measurement to a rough position and conduct a test filling. Then, adjust the measurement based on the filling amount until it meets the required specifications.

VI. Commissioning of the Booster Pump

Open the air before hand slide valve of the booster pump. When the booster pump is idling, the piston will move, and you will hear a "poof" sound during the exhaust process. Adjust the pressure of the projectile by turning the adjustment knob on the pressure reducing valve of the booster pump air source triplet. The general projectile pressure is adjusted to 1.0MPa.
